We went searching for the perfect bumper when it was time to complete the Bronco build. In doing so, we added one to find the winch (one of our must-haves) impeded the view of the front camera. We took to the aftermarket to find a bumper that checked all the boxes and, well… we’re in the armor business now.

1. 100% USA MADE: Construction is 3/16″ Cold rolled US Steel in the center section, 1/8″ on the wings.
2. Modular design ensures ease of shipping; not designed to run only the center section. This whole bumper fits into a 43″ x 25″ x 15″ Box weighing in at 105lbs. with all brackets and hardware.
3. Weight: This bumper clocks in at 100lbs on the nose with all parts needed to install (sans lighting and winch) ensuring it has minimal impact on your front suspension height.
4. Satin Black Powder Coat for finish longevity with a Stainless Carli Logo Plate.
5. Accommodates factory parking sensors; for those without parking sensors, the bumper will come with amber lights that are a direct fit into the sensor holes.
6. Internal wiring Channel with pre-drilled holes for zip ties to ensure easy, clean wiring if factory parking sensor and light harnesses.
7. The bottom of the bumper has a channel to ensure proper airflow to the intercooler.
8. D-Ring recovery points that are integrated into the bumper’s structure.
