If you bought a cheaper level kit that did not come with any caster correction, then you need these. Proper caster also helps prevent death wobble. On the 2023+ Super Duty trucks there is less room in the axle tube so you can only use these these 1 degree shims and may need additional caster correction with adjustable radius arms or radius arm drops.
Carli 4.5-5.5″ lift systems drop the radius arm pivot point 4.5″ to match the lift; thus, caster is maintained. We include the 1° shim to increase caster 1° over stock .
