Fogging can be common on aftermarket Headlights and taillights, as well as OE lights. This is due to humidity and changes in temperature and atmosphere pressure. It is also common when first installed as the lights adjust to the new climate and equalize pressure. This is not an issue that will need a warranty replacement. If the lights are leaking and accumulate standing water inside them then they can be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty which is a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
