Fogging can be common on aftermarket Headlights and taillights, as well as OE lights. This is due to humidity and changes in temperature and atmosphere pressure. If the lights are leaking and accumulate standing water inside them then they can be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty which is a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
