ONLY fits models with 52" rear leaf springs. If vehicle is equipped with a front sway-bar, drop brackets are recommended. (SKU: 1019) If vehicle is equipped with factory front quad shocks (4 total front shocks), please add Factory Quad Shock kit below (SKU: Q20022).
